Whenever remote or field employees clock in or out via the mobile or desktop application, their precise GPS coordinates and geofence status are logged automatically.
2. Monitoring & Auditing Locations

Go to the Attendance Dashboard table to view daily records.

Identify the target employee and shift entry.

Access the geospatial data via either method:
Click the Location Pin icon beside the timestamp in the Clock-In / Clock-Out column.
Click the Three Dots (Action Menu) on the far right and choose Location Track.

The Attendance Details modal will open directly to the Location tab.

Inspect the interactive map view:
View exact pinpoint markers for clock-in and clock-out coordinates.
Review physical addresses, geofence compliance badges, and recorded transit routes for that shift.
